Ingredient: 6 Years Old Good Grade Red Ginseng Roots

How to Take:
1. Pour water in a glass pot (1L of water)
2. Put 20 ~ 60g of Korean Red Ginseng and boil it down till it gets 1/3 of water. (about 2 ~ 4 hour. over medium heat)
3. Drink it 3 times a day.
4. Slice the remaining ginseng into slices the thickness of a nickel. The slices can be eaten as is or as an ingredient in stir fry or soup recipes.

Storage: Keep in cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life: 10 Years
